Second Grade Thanksgiving Feast!

Full STEAM Ahead for Fifth Graders...

Center 5th graders are at the beginning stages of developing a STEAM lab (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/Design, and Math).

Students moved through nine stations today, including robotics, circuits, and coding programs.

Student responses when asked what was learned:

• How to work as a team to get an end product.
• How to stretch our thinking.
• To plan, think it through.
• To express creativity and overcome challenges.
• That there are many possible answers!

We are very excited to be challenging ourselves and welcome any ideas to add to our STEAM lab! Please respond in the comments section... thank you!

Center School Election Day!

Fifth graders ran the polls for our 405 voters!  Thank you to all of the teachers who taught about this privilege we have and to the fifth graders for showing the process of voting in our country!
