Center School Sightings!!

Episode three!  Thank you to the tech department, in particular Kevin Zabawa, for helping us make the most of our new "Green Monster Studio."  The fifth graders are learning so much (and having some fun too!).

See all CSS newscasts at our new website:  Center School Sightings

Fourth Grade Glogster!

What is a Glog?   A Glog is an interactive multimedia image.  It looks similar to a poster, but with one big difference - readers can interact with the content!  The fourth graders took to Glogster with the help of Mrs. McLean to demonstrate their knowledge of Rocks, Minerals, and Soil.  Working in science class as well as technology integration class, they were able to make some incredible Glogs!  Watch the videos, slide the bars to read more information and enjoy their work!

May take a minute or two to load!

Tour guides in the White House!

The second graders take us on a virtual tour through the White House.  To prepare, they researched each of the White House rooms, then chose a few rooms of interest to them, and wrote lines for their script.  They did an incredible job delivering those lines too!  You'll be sure to learn a lot on this tour!
For more information, go to White House Interactive Tour.
