Second Grade White House Correspondents!

These second graders are amazing!  First, they took a field trip to Washington D.C. (virtually of course!) and viewed all of the rooms in the White House.  In preparation for this project, the students reviewed how to project their voices, speak slowly and clearly plus add enthusiasm (pizzazz!).  They practiced their lines over and over at home and in their classrooms (thank you parents and teachers!).  They did a truly sensational job delivering their lines - an exemplar for all!  What a great social studies, reading and public speaking project to integrate with what they are learning in their classrooms.  So much to learn from these smart second graders!
