Coding Challenge!

Below is a one-minute snapshot of the fourth graders start into an extensive coding unit.  Code is one of the world's most widely used languages, and our students need to be literate in its language.   In addition, coding helps teach problem solving, computational thinking skills, critical thought, creates a way of thinking that applies to many domains, unleashes creativity, empowers kids and teaches the skills of effective collaboration. This is a critical step in preparing children for their future.
Enjoy our one-minute snapshot!  If you have any ideas for further coding applications, please feel free to contact me! Laura Giuggio - Technology Integration Specialist
